Bear onion spread

For this recipe you will need:

150 g of onion (more information about onion HERE)

20 g of whole sesame

20 g of sunflower

15 g of almonds

15 g of walnuts

Juice of half a lemon

5 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt

Other spices as desired.

 

Blend sesame, sunflower, almonds and walnuts in a blender.

Then add spring onions, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices.

Blend until the mixture is compact.
